Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British music producer and a vocalist. Harry Styles was one of the original members of One Direction. Parents are Des Styles and Anne Cox. He was born on the 1st of February, 1994 in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, where he made his own music group with three classmates, which he identified as White Eskimo. They participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks for their amazing performances they took home the trophy. While he has always been keen on music, in spite of his interest he was also looking at becoming a lawyer as well as a physical therapist. To provide for his family, he worked a short time working part-time as a baker in the local area. Harry Styles was selected for The X Factor 2010 audition where he sang the Stevie Wonder's tune Is not She Lovely. The band had to disband due to this. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury participant of The X Factor suggested Harry Styles become part of the group One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in 2010. They sang Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Be Sucky without You as well as Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart throughout the competition. It led them to becoming one of the frontrunners. They ended up third position behind Rebecca Ferguson, and the winner Matt Cardle.
